Job summary

Specter, a London-based intelligence platform, is hiring a GTM Associate (SDR) to join a newly formed outbound pod working with the founders. You will execute sophisticated outreach to senior investment partners using a modern AI-powered GTM stack and build Specter’s sales engine from the ground up.

This high-impact role offers a path toward senior GTM roles, with opportunities to transition into Account Executive or GTM Engineer positions as you contribute to scaling the business.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of BDR or sales experience in a high-growth environment.
• Exceptional writing skills for sharp, persuasive outreach.
• Strong bias for action and curiosity about AI/automation.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end outbound campaigns including research, list building and outreach across email and LinkedIn.
• Master a GTM stack with tools like Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and AI automation to drive pipeline.
• Collaborate with leadership to refine ICP, messaging and playbooks; track weekly metrics.
