Job summary

h2 Recruit is seeking a GTM Associate / SDR in London to join a fast-growing, profitable data business. You will build and run the outbound engine with the founders, prospecting and multi-channel outreach to qualify meetings for the team.

You will learn modern GTM tooling, work with VC/PE buyers, track your metrics, and have a clear path to Account Executive as the company scales. In-office five days per week. Base £30,000–£50,000 with OTE £40,000–£65,000.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years outbound BDR/SDR experience in a startup or high-growth company.
• Proven track record of booking qualified meetings through multi-channel outreach.
• B2B SaaS experience and sharp writing for personalised outreach.

Responsibilities

• Build and run the outbound engine alongside the founders.
• Prospect, list build, and execute outreach across email and LinkedIn.
• Qualify leads into meetings for the wider sales team.
• Track metrics and iterate on campaigns to improve results.
