Job summary

h2 Recruit is seeking a GTM Associate / SDR in London to build and run the outbound engine with the founders. You will prospect, build lists, and execute multi-channel outreach, qualifying meetings for the wider team in a fast-growing data and intelligence platform focused on private markets.

You will work with modern GTM tooling, learn from founders, and have a clear path to AE/Senior GTM as the company grows. London-based, in-office five days.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years outbound BDR/SDR experience at a startup or high-growth company.
• B2B SaaS background is important.
• London-based and able to work in-office five days per week.
• Sharp writer able to craft personalised micro-campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Build and run outbound campaigns end-to-end: prospecting, list building, outreach via email and LinkedIn.
• Qualify leads into meetings for wider team.
• Track and improve personal metrics; experiment with new approaches to outbound.
