Job summary

h2 Recruit is seeking a GTM Associate/SDR to join the founding team in London. You will build and run the top-of-funnel engine, prospecting and outreach across email and LinkedIn to feed qualified meetings for the wider team.

You will have 1–2 years of outbound BDR/SDR experience, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment with a strong B2B SaaS background. The role requires excellent writing, autonomy, and a bias for action, with an in-office five-day schedule in London.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of outbound BDR/SDR experience at a startup or high-growth company.
• B2B SaaS background required; not suitable for B2C or marketplace.
• Strong written communication to craft personalised micro-campaigns.
• London-based and able to work in-office five days per week.

Responsibilities

• Build and run the outbound engine alongside the founders.
• Prospect, list build, and execute multi-channel outreach (email and LinkedIn).
• Qualify leads into meetings for the wider team.
• Research buyers (VC/PE) and tailor outreach to increase responses.
• Track and improve your metrics with experiments.
