Job summary

Canva is seeking a seasoned Sales Operations professional to join our EMEA Sales team in London. The role focuses on productivity strategy, forecasting cadence and analytics to support scalable go-to-market decisions across markets in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

You will partner with Sales leadership and collaborate across Sales, Channel, Partnerships, Marketing and Enablement to shape territory strategy and ensure CRM integrity for trusted insights.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Sales Ops, Strategy, BizOps or similar, ideally in SaaS with regional GTM
• Strong data fluency with Excel/Sheets; SQL is a plus
• Experience partnering with Sales, Channel and Marketing to drive GTM outcomes

Responsibilities

• Partner with EMEA Sales leadership on productivity strategy and go-to-market evolution
• Drive the region's forecasting cadence and performance analytics
• Analyse sales trends across markets to guide coverage and investments
• Shape territory, segmentation and account assignment strategies
• Collaborate with Sales, Channel, Partnerships, Marketing and Enablement on GTM shifts and localisation
• Keep CRM data clean and enriched to support visibility
• Contribute to annual planning including headcount and territory coverage
