Job summary

Heidi Health Corp. is seeking a commercially focused GTM Operations professional to support our UK and European markets. You will report to the Head of GTM Operations and collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing and Finance, plus Analytics and GTM Engineering.

Your role is to translate strategic direction into an operating model that teams can use daily. Responsibilities include building models, processes, and cadences for segmentation, territories, coverage, quotas and commissions,

Qualifications

• Hands-on GTM Operations experience with forecasting, territory and quota planning.
• Strong commercial judgement across Marketing, Sales and Customer Success.
• Proficiency with SQL, Databricks and BI tools; able to interrogate datasets and translate to actions.
• A practical, credible operator who turns agreed approaches into workable models and processes.
• Systems thinker with HubSpot and related tools; comfortable with cross-tool data integration.

Responsibilities

• Turn commercial plans into operating models with regional leaders.
• Connect Marketing, Sales and Customer Success across the lifecycle from lead to renewal.
• Improve pipeline management, forecast accuracy and understand customer health and growth.
• Query datasets in Databricks and build reporting in Omni; connect CRM, product and commercial data.
• Maintain HubSpot and the regional GTM stack with data quality and governance.
