Clay seeks a GTM Engineer Manager (Sales) to lead a team of Mid-Market/Enterprise GTM Engineers, combining technical depth with strategic customer engagement. You will create scalable enablement, playbooks, and processes that enable consultative selling at scale.

You will also partner with Sales, Product and Customer Success to translate complex deals into actionable product feedback, shaping how Clay engages customers and accelerates growth.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of leading high-performing GTM or customer-facing tech teams.
• Proven ability to execute deals in Mid-Market/Enterprise cycles.
• Passion for building scalable GTM systems and automation.

• Own and evolve the GTME playbook with frameworks, methodologies, and criteria.
