Clay is hiring a GTME Engineering Manager (Sales) to lead and scale a team of Enterprise AEs and GTMEs who blend technical depth with consultative selling to unlock Clay's full potential. You will design playbooks, enablement systems, and scalable processes, and partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to translate patterns into real product feedback and growth strategies.

Formación

• 6+ years of leading high-performing GTM teams (AEs, Solutions Engineers, Sales Engineers, or equivalent).
• Experience in Strategic/Enterprise B2B sales cycles.

Responsabilidades

• Build and develop a high-performing team: recruit, onboard, and coach GTMEs balancing technical depth with consultative selling.
• Own and scale the GTME playbook: design frameworks, discovery methodologies, demo structures, and qualification criteria.
• Bridge teams and influence product: partner with Sales, Product, and CS; translate patterns into actionable product feedback.
