Job summary

tml Partners is hiring a senior Director, GTM Enablement to shape and lead a new central go-to-market function. Reporting to the CEO, you will design the commercial infrastructure, align propositions, enable demand generation, CRM, market intelligence and reporting to drive sustainable revenue growth across a diverse portfolio.

You will partner with the Executive Leadership Team and business units to translate strategy into scalable capabilities, empower commercial teams with tools and insights,

Qualifications

• Experience building go-to-market or commercial enablement functions.
• Track record of improving CRM and pipeline management.
• Ability to partner with senior stakeholders and translate strategy into operations.
