Job summary

the company is hiring its first Director of Go-to-Market Engineering. You will own GTM Engineering end-to-end, shaping tools, architecture, and the commercial impact across a large revenue organization.

You will lead a small senior team across Europe and North America, report to the VP of Revenue Operations, and work across SDR, AE, and AM to accelerate pipeline, qualification, and data automation.

Qualifications

• Deep GTM Engineering background in B2B SaaS.
• Proven scale delivery with hundreds of sellers relying on systems.
• Experience as builder and leader in revenue tech.

Responsibilities

• Own the GTM Engineering strategy and stack architecture.
• Define CRM, enrichment, signal, sequencing, orchestration and data layers.
• Set roadmap with revenue leadership and cross-functional partners.
• Build and operate in Clay with a hands-on approach.
• Bridge commercial problems to technical architecture and impact.
• Lead and grow a small senior team across Europe and North America.
