Job summary

PPRO is seeking a Senior Commercial Enablement Manager based in London to drive the company’s commercial efficiency. The role combines ownership of go-to-market systems with enablement, training, and knowledge sharing for our sales teams.

You will manage the commercial tech stack, vendor partnerships, and cross-functional workflows while building scalable processes and data repositories to support growth. This is a strategic player-coach position reporting to the VP Commercial Operations.

Qualifications

• 4-5+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM Enablement with payments/fintech exposure.
• Strong Salesforce administration experience with workflows, objects, user access, and API integrations.
• Ability to translate CRM data into executive reporting and external vendor contracts.
• Proactive, ownership-driven with ability to work in ambiguous environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-team collaboration.
• Experience with Looker Studio for dashboards is a plus.
• Industry knowledge of local/alternative payment methods or embedded finance pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Own the commercial tech stack and vendor partnerships.
• Design repeatable cross-functional workflows between Marketing and Sales.
• Lead learning and development programs for Sales, AM, and Success teams.
• Develop Confluence-based knowledge base and governance processes.
• Improve lead routing, data governance, and pipeline completeness.
• Provide executive-ready reporting from CRM data.
