Job summary

11VC is building a new B2B media and events company focused on Physical AI. We seek a GTM Engineer to create the technology and intelligence infrastructure behind growth, working directly with the founder to identify the right companies and people and engage thousands of relevant organisations without mass marketing.

You will build a living map of the Physical AI ecosystem, identify founders, buyers, investors, partners and speakers, and turn intelligence into practical GTM infrastructure with

Qualifications

• Experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering or revenue operations.
• Proficiency with marketing tech stacks and data workflows.
• Ability to design automated, AI-powered outbound systems and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Build automated workflows for company and contact discovery, enrichment and segmentation.
• Connect and improve CRM, outbound, data and marketing systems.
• Use AI agents and LLMs for account research, qualification and market intelligence.
• Develop outbound workflows with automation and personalized human engagement.
• Build lead scoring and prioritisation models.
• Identify signals like funding, hiring, product launches and enterprise initiatives.
• Automate repetitive research and admin work.
• Build dashboards to show ecosystem and GTM activity.
