Job summary

Connectd is seeking a fast-learning builder to join the GTM team. You'll work directly with the Head of GTM, acting as an extension of them across growth and GTM, running campaigns and building the agents, tools, and automations that power them.

You’ll develop internal tools, automate reporting and pipeline hygiene, ship landing pages quickly, and maintain the GTM agent OS with prompts, workflows and integrations.

Qualifications

• Experience building automation or internal tools
• Familiarity with growth/GTm concepts
• Curious self-starter who ships quickly

Responsibilities

• Build internal tools and lightweight apps to speed the GTM team
• Set up agent loops for reporting, outreach and pipeline hygiene
• Run paid/outbound campaigns with agents
• Ship landing pages quickly
• Maintain GTM agent OS: prompts, workflows and integrations
• Test new tools and report findings
