Job summary

Supercritical is seeking a senior marketer to build the demand engine that turns a target account list into engaged buyers using AI-driven processes. You will leverage HubSpot, data, and small tools to create precise, account-level campaigns that shorten cycles and improve conversion.

You will work in a five-person marketing team alongside comms, content, events, product marketing and policy, collaborating with account directors and our commercial director.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in growth, demand generation, marketing operations, or revenue operations, including hands-on building.
• Demonstrated ability to ship workflows, integrations, or small tools used by commercial teams.
• Hands-on LLM work beyond prompting and strong judgment on AI usage.

Responsibilities

• Own signal capture, scoring, sequencing, and escalation to move accounts to sales readiness.
• Build personalized account-level campaigns using internal data and research, then measure impact.
• Ship tools and calculators (e.g., SBTi calculator) and wire them into outbound and CRM systems.
• Stand up funnel reporting and ensure CRM hygiene and data enrichment are maintained.
