Mitie Group plc. operates Meta's Global Security Operations Centre (GSOC) across the EMEA region, delivering 24/7 monitoring, incident detection, and response to protect people, assets, and the brand.

The GSOC Operator serves as a central point for incident communications and supports both crisis and non-crisis situations. You will monitor alarms, CCTV, and access points, coordinate with officers and emergency services, log events, and keep leadership informed using established channels.

Competenze

• Proven ability to monitor CCTV, alarms and access points to identify incidents.
• Strong communication skills for incident reporting and coordination.
• Experience working in or with a Security Operations Centre or similar environment.
