Job summary

Crisis24 is seeking a full-time GSOC Analyst to join our embedded Global Security Operations Centre in London. You will provide 24/7 monitoring, incident response, and traveller support, coordinating with regional teams and stakeholders.

The role emphasizes rapid analysis, clear reporting, and effective communication under pressure, with 1–4 years of related experience and fluency in English. Office-based, shift-based coverage including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience in security operations, intelligence, investigations or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication, and ability to present clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.

Responsibilities

• Monitor global security developments and report findings from diverse sources.
• Identify, assess, and escalate incidents requiring attention and support stakeholder response.
• Prepare and distribute security alerts and situational updates.
• Support emergency notification processes during incidents and crises.
• Coordinate with regional/global security teams for cross-regional incidents.
• Assist crisis management activities, exercises, and event security operations.
• Provide security support to employees and travellers and maintain contact channels.
• Manage travel security processes including submissions, approvals, and tracking.
