Job summary

easyJet is hiring a Strategy Manager, Customer Value in Luton. You will turn big, ambiguous customer questions into clear growth strategies that people can act on, balancing customer value with commercial opportunity.

Work with Commercial, Customer Experience, Operations, Insight, Measurement and Analytics to frame problems, create roadmaps and business cases, and guide digital product and marketing teams toward evidence-based decisions.

Qualifications

• You’ll act as the starting point for big growth strategy questions, working with stakeholders to define the problem, set clear boundaries and establish the hypotheses that need testing.
• You’ll write focused briefs for Insight, Measurement and Analytics, making sure the question, scope and assumptions are clear enough for specialist teams to act on directly.
• You’ll compare research, customer behaviour and commercial data, surfacing where the evidence agrees and where it creates tension. From there, you’ll define the vision, measurable objective, target customer and priority areas for each topic.
• You’ll turn the evidence into a prioritised roadmap and quantified business case, then provide clear direction to digital product and customer marketing teams while staying engaged through delivery.
