easyJet holidays is seeking a Strategy Manager - Customer Value to turn complex customer questions into actionable growth strategies. Based in Luton with hybrid working, you will frame challenges, gather cross-functional evidence and create a clear strategy, roadmap and business case to influence product and marketing initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in strategy or product marketing, ideally involving propositions, ancillaries or comparable commercial offers in travel, retail or another fast-moving consumer business.
• Strong strategic and analytical problem-solving, able to structure ambiguous challenges and synthesize evidence from qualitative research, measurement frameworks and data.

Aufgaben

• Act as the starting point for big growth strategy questions, defining the problem, setting boundaries and establishing testable hypotheses.
• Write focused briefs for Insight, Measurement and Analytics, ensuring the question, scope and assumptions are clear for specialist teams.
• Turn evidence into a prioritised roadmap and quantified business case, providing clear direction to digital product and customer marketing teams through delivery.
