Job summary

easyJet is seeking a strategic Data Lead for the Corporate Domain to shape the data agenda, prioritise demand and coordinate multidisciplinary delivery. You will partner with Corporate leadership and work with Data Engineering, Architecture, Analytics and Governance to drive value.

In this hybrid, Luton-based role you will translate business priorities into data products, own the domain roadmap, and influence outcomes across finance, regulatory reporting, ESG and shared services data.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in data and analytics within a large and complex organisation.
• Experience partnering with senior business stakeholders and influencing decision making without direct authority.
• Proven success delivering measurable business outcomes through data initiatives.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams across analytics, engineering and data science.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the Corporate data strategy and roadmap, aligned to business objectives and the wider data transformation programme.
• Build and manage a portfolio of data initiatives with clear value outcomes across efficiency, risk, compliance and reporting.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior Corporate stakeholders and representing the data agenda at leadership level.
• Translating business requirements into data products, analytics opportunities and actionable delivery plans.
• Coordinating delivery across analysts, engineers, architects, scientists and product specialists.
• Driving prioritisation, capacity planning and value tracking across a complex portfolio.
• Embedding data governance, quality and compliance standards within the domain.
• Supporting business stakeholders in developing stronger data ownership and product management behaviours.
• Building strong relationships across domains to identify dependencies, unlock opportunities and drive consistency.
