easyJet Plc is seeking a Partnerships Lead in Luton to shape and deliver partnerships at the heart of the loyalty programme. This senior commercial role influences the roadmap, leads negotiations from first conversation to launch, and grows a portfolio delivering customer engagement and commercial return.

You will work with Loyalty, Marketing, Product, Legal and Finance across a fast-moving, collaborative environment. Hybrid working is supported with 60% office presence.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in senior partnerships, business development or a commercial role within travel, loyalty or consumer-facing industries.
• Strong record of negotiating and managing high-value strategic partnerships.
• Ability to shape strategy and deliver results with commercial judgment.

Responsabilités

• Shape the partnership strategy and turn loyalty ambitions into a clear roadmap.
• Build and manage a pipeline of new partners from opportunity to launch.
• Develop trusted relationships with existing partners and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Define KPIs and monitor contribution to loyalty profitability and customer engagement.
