Job summary

easyJet seeks a Strategy Manager, Customer Value, to turn complex customer questions into actionable growth strategies. You will frame challenges, gather evidence, and produce a clear roadmap and business cases guiding products and marketing initiatives.

You will collaborate with Commercial, Customer Experience, Insights and Analytics teams to balance customer value and commercial opportunity. This role offers hybrid working from Luton and a pathway to impact major customer propositions.

Qualifications

• Experience in strategy or product marketing within travel, retail or fast-moving consumer business.
• Strong analytical problem-solving and ability to structure ambiguous challenges.
• Ability to write sharp briefs and synthesize findings into growth strategy.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders across commercial, customer, proposition and operations.

Responsibilities

• Define big growth strategy questions and frame the problem with clear boundaries.
• Create briefs for Insight, Measurement and Analytics teams with clear scope and assumptions.
• Develop a prioritised roadmap and quantified business case for topics.
• Provide direction to digital product and marketing teams and oversee delivery.
