easyJet is seeking a Data Lead for the Commercial Domain in Luton, a hybrid, full-time role. You will translate commercial strategy into a clear data roadmap, shaping the data agenda to deliver value across revenue, efficiency and customer experience.

This high-visibility position requires influencing leadership and coordinating cross-functional teams. You will partner with Data Engineering, Architecture, Data Science, Analytics and Governance to drive data-led outcomes across one of the

Formación

• Significant experience in data and analytics, ideally within aviation or travel.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders as a trusted partner.
• Proven ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams in a matrix environment.
• Strong understanding of revenue management, pricing and demand forecasting.
• Knowledge of modern data platforms, ideally Databricks.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Own and shape the Commercial domain data strategy and roadmap.
• Define, prioritise and track a portfolio of high-value data initiatives.
• Act as a trusted advisor to Commercial leadership on data opportunities and challenges.
• Translate business problems into data products, analytics use cases and delivery priorities.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery squads of analysts, engineers, architects, scientists and product specialists.
• Drive adoption of data products and embedding product-thinking across the domain.
• Secure the right resources and manage competing priorities across shared teams.
• Champion data governance, quality and compliance within the Commercial domain.
• Build strong relationships across business areas to unlock enterprise-wide opportunities.
• Develop data maturity and promote data ownership across stakeholders and teams.
