Job summary

Numan is hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to lead hands-on PPC, landing page testing and performance analysis. You will support the PPC Lead, translate strategy into live campaigns and run tests from ad copy to CMS pages.

You’ll work in Google Ads, build pages in our CMS, and pull weekly performance insights. Expect coaching from a PPC/AI expert and growth opportunities across channels, aligned with healthcare advertising rules.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in performance or growth marketing.
• Hands-on PPC experience in Google Ads.
• Sharp ad copy skills: write tight, compliant copy and test properly.
• Experience running landing page tests with statistical significance.
• Comfort building and editing pages in a CMS.
• Strong analytical foundation and ability to link actions to results.
• AI-first instinct for tools and automation.

Responsibilities

• Build, edit and optimise campaigns in Google Ads and Google Ads Editor under the PPC Lead.
• Manage keywords, negatives, budgets and bids with reasoned changes.
• Monitor performance, search terms and diagnostics to catch issues early.
• Support value-based bidding and LTV-led optimisation beyond CPA.
• Write, test and iterate responsive ad headlines/descriptions/assets.
• Run structured ad copy testing with clear hypotheses and documented results.
• Use AI tools to draft copy variants within Numan’s brand voice.
• Build and edit landing pages in the CMS, from quick variants to new pages.
• Plan and run A/B tests on landing pages with hypotheses, sample sizes, metrics.
• Match landing page messaging to search intent and ad copy.
• Collaborate with design/brand/product on changes needing more than CMS edits.
• Own weekly performance analysis across PPC and landing pages and report CAC, LTV and payback.
• Use Looker/Amplitude to pull insights and automate reporting.
