Job summary

ADA Digital Marketing in Kenilworth is seeking a hands-on Paid Media Executive to join our PPC team. You’ll manage Google Ads campaigns, optimise across Search, Performance Max, Display, and explore Meta/LinkedIn Ads while balancing creativity with data-driven decision making.

You’ll work with our PPC Specialist and Digital Director, monitor budgets, and push for continuous improvement across campaigns and client outcomes.

Qualifications

Experience managing PPC campaigns.
Strong knowledge of Google Ads and paid media principles.
Ability to interpret campaign performance data.
Experience using analytics platforms such as GA4.
Strong attention to detail.
Confidence creating or reviewing marketing copy and creative assets.
Strong organisation and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Ability to work from our Kenilworth office around 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

Build, manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns.
Support the development, implementation, and optimisation of Search, Performance Max, Shopping, Display and Demand Gen, AI Max and emerging formats.
Monitor budgets, spend and pacing.
Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance.
Support paid social activity across Meta and LinkedIn.
