Job summary

Zuno is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to own our performance marketing across paid search, paid social and affiliate channels. This is a hands-on role focused on growth, efficiency and customer acquisition, working with Product, UX, Data and Creative teams to continually improve results.

You will manage campaigns at scale across Google Ads, Meta Ads and Microsoft Ads, analyse performance data, and translate insights into actions that optimise journeys and return on investment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in performance marketing or similar role.
• Experience managing campaigns at scale across paid search and paid social.
• Strong data-driven decision making and testing mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day performance activity across paid search, paid social and affiliate channels.
• Analyse campaign performance and translate data into actionable insights.
• Collaborate with Product, UX, Data and Creative teams to improve results.
• Develop and test creative, ad copy, bidding strategies and landing pages.
