Zuno Tech Group in London is hiring a Performance Marketing Manager to drive paid search and social campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, Bing and more. Hybrid role requiring 2–3 days in the office, with a focus on growth, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration to optimise performance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in PPC/performance marketing
• Experience scaling campaigns across search and social
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset
• Ability to present performance reports to stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end paid search and paid social campaigns (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, TikTok)
• Manage affiliate channel and explore new channels
• Track campaign data to identify trends and opportunities
• Collaborate with product, UX and data teams to improve growth and campaign efficiency
• Implement automation and scripting to streamline processes
