Asset Finance International is seeking an experienced Bridging Finance Business Development Manager to join a fast-growing, relationship-led specialist lender. You will develop and manage key intermediary relationships while originating high‑quality lending opportunities across your region.

Responsibilities include growing broker networks, structuring funding solutions with underwriting teams, and managing deals end-to-end.

• Proven success in a Business Development role within bridging finance or specialist property lending.
• Strong network of broker and intermediary relationships.
• Excellent knowledge of bridging finance products and the property finance market.
• Commercially astute with strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive and passionate about delivering outstanding customer outcomes.

• Develop and grow relationships with bridging finance brokers, introducers and professional property developers.
