Job summary

Pure Resourcing Limited is recruiting a seasoned Business Development Manager to lead our bridging finance initiatives in the South East England. You will develop intermediary relationships with Mortgage Brokers and Finance Brokers, promoting fast, competitive bridging and refurbishment lending solutions.

The role demands a self-motivated, target-driven professional who can influence senior decision makers, identify new lending opportunities, and work closely with credit and underwriting teams

Qualifications

• Experience developing relationships with Mortgage/Finance Brokers in Bridging Finance.
• Solid understanding of bridging and refurbishment lending products.
• Ability to influence decision makers and negotiate terms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business development strategies to expand lending opportunities within bridging finance and refurbishment projects.
• Identify and engage with prospective mortgage brokers, intermediaries, and clients to understand their financing needs and offer fast lending solutions.
• Collaborate with credit and underwriting teams to support efficient deal structuring and ensure smooth transaction to completion.
• Actively seek out new business leads and convert them into sustainable lending opportunities.
