Qualifications

• Experience in commercial growing, preferably in glasshouse or vertical farming.
• Comfortable with HACCP/BRCGS compliance.
• Ability to relocate to the Midlands for the commercial site.

Responsibilities

• Manage site operations for lighting, irrigation, and harvest.
• Run crop trials and analyze results for large-scale processes.
• Maintain compliance and support audits.
• Drive improvements in KPIs related to yield and efficiency.
