Qualifications

• Experience in an Assistant Store Manager or Supervisor role in fashion/lifestyle brands.
• Sales driven with ability to meet store goals.
• Fluency in business English.
• Good IT skills – Microsoft Office and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day retail operations to company expectations (coaching, sales analysis, visual merchandising, administration).
• Cover store leadership in absence of the Store Manager.
• Ensure health & safety and security within the store.
• Achieve KPIs (Sales/CR/UPT) in line with store P&L.
