Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory/Assistant Store Manager role in fashion or lifestyle brands.
• Demonstrates coaching and mentoring abilities.
• Strong sales acumen and KPI drive.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Fluent English, with additional languages a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day retail operations to Company expectations (coaching, sales analysis, Visual Merchandising, admin).
• Cover Store Manager duties in their absence.
• Ensure health & safety and security compliance in-store.
