Qualifications

• 4–8 years in lead generation, ideally in B2B or fintech.
• Experience in a startup environment is a plus.
• Strong technical and AI skills.

Responsibilities

• Own paid ads campaigns: targeting, budget allocation, creative and landing pages.
• Manage outbound email: personalization, copy, cadence; monitor deliverability infrastructure.
• Oversee referrals and partnerships: run programmes and develop partnerships.
• Collaborate across teams on messaging, website, content, SEO and GEO strategies.
• Own tracking and reporting: define metrics for every channel and the marketing website.
