Acquired is a next-generation payments business focused on powering recurring commerce. We’re seeking a hands-on Growth Marketer to build and scale our lead generation engine alongside the Head of Growth Marketing.

You’ll bring proven experience in fintech, payments or B2B SaaS, turning our GTM strategy into a scalable source of qualified pipeline. This role blends strategic thinking with rapid execution and relentless optimisation.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years’ experience in B2B marketing, ideally fintech, payments or SaaS.
• Proven track record building or significantly improving a lead generation engine.
• Strong understanding of demand generation, paid acquisition, funnel conversion and pipeline generation.

Aufgaben

• Build and execute B2B demand generation and lead generation campaigns across paid, owned and other relevant channels.
• Work with the Head of Growth Marketing to implement Acquired’s GTM strategy across priority ICPs and verticals.
• Own campaign execution from audience/messaging through to launch, optimisation and reporting.
• Help build and optimise the marketing funnel from lead to MQL to SQL to pipeline.
• Develop content that supports demand generation (campaigns, landing pages, case studies, emails).
• Collaborate with Sales, Product and Commercial teams to ensure high-quality pipeline.
• Mentor a Marketing Graduate and manage workload.
• Use AI and automation to improve processes and output.
