Job summary

Acquired Acquired is seeking a hands-on Growth Marketer to build and scale its B2B demand-gen engine in the UK. You will partner with the Head of Growth Marketing to develop campaigns across paid and owned channels, own end-to-end execution, and drive pipeline from lead to revenue.

You'll optimize the marketing funnel, develop content, and coordinate with Sales, Product and Commercial teams to ensure high-quality pipeline. AI-driven approaches and mentorship of a Marketing Graduate are included.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in B2B marketing, ideally within payments, fintech, SaaS or another complex technology environment, with demonstrable experience across demand generation, content, brand and performance marketing.
• Proven track record of building or significantly improving a B2B lead generation engine.
• Strong understanding of demand generation, paid acquisition, funnel conversion and pipeline generation.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads and Google Analytics.
• Commercial and data-driven — you care about pipeline and revenue, not vanity metrics.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute B2B demand generation and lead generation campaigns across paid, owned and other relevant channels.
• Work alongside the Head of Growth Marketing to execute Acquired’s GTM strategy across priority ICPs and verticals.
• Own campaign execution from audience and messaging through to launch, optimisation and reporting.
• Help build and optimise the marketing funnel from lead → MQL → SQL → pipeline.
• Develop and optimise LinkedIn and other paid acquisition channels.
• Use data, testing and insight to continuously improve campaign performance and conversion.
• Work closely with Sales, Product and Commercial teams to ensure marketing activity generates high-quality pipeline.
• Develop and coordinate content that supports demand generation, including campaigns, landing pages, thought leadership, case studies, email and sales enablement content.
• Work with the wider Marketing team to ensure content and creative are aligned to campaign objectives and commercial priorities.
• Manage and mentor a Marketing Graduate, providing direction, support and development while managing and prioritising their workload.
• Work collaboratively with other members of the Marketing team to coordinate activity and deliver campaigns effectively.
• Use AI and automation to improve marketing processes, workflows, research, execution and output.
• Help build the processes, technology and measurement needed to create a scalable growth engine.
