Our marketplace of experiences supercharges the university experience for students with an intuitive discovery platform for both native's own proprietary concert touring as well as all other experiences across SUs.

Our student advertising platform unifies the student advertising landscape, making it easy for advertisers like GoPuff, Converse and BBC Radio 1 to connect with student consumers at scale, while providing additional commercial income for SUs.

About the Team:

At native, we empower brands to meaningfully connect with students on campus—helping them drive awareness, engagement, and market share. Our advertiser audiences span local businesses, regional organisations, national brands, enterprise powerhouses, and specialist agencies.

Growth marketing sits at the core of delivering our revenue objectives. It’s about meeting each of these audiences where they are, capturing in-market demand, and moving prospects efficiently through the funnel. We take an integrated Go-To-Market approach - brand and growth working hand-in-hand to deliver immediate results while building long-term momentum.


We're looking for a Growth Marketing Lead to design and drive a scalable, results-focused growth engine for advertisers. You’ll prioritise high-impact activity, build and manage a high-performing team, and focus on moving prospects from consideration to conversion.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Build and own the growth engine: Develop and scale a growth marketing strategy tailored to our five advertiser segments—leveraging a blend of ATL and BTL tactics to deliver qualified leads across all audiences.
  • Team leadership: Build and manage a team of FTEs and freelancers/contractors to execute growth initiatives effectively and efficiently.
  • Channel execution: Drive execution across a wide range of growth and performance marketing channels, constantly optimising for efficiency and results.
  • Test & learn: Set up quick, hacky tests to gather insights, iterate rapidly, and establish scalable models for sustainable growth.
  • Highly trackable approach: Ensure all activity is measurable, data-driven, and tied to clear growth KPIs (leads, conversion rates, ROAS, etc.).
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with product marketing, brand, and sales teams to ensure seamless handoffs and integrated GTM execution.

What you’ll need:

  • Solid understanding of performance marketing: Expertise across the performance marketing mix (paid social, PPC, partnerships, etc.), with experience driving leads and revenue outcomes.
  • Startup Go-To-Market experience: Proven experience building growth functions from the ground up and executing in fast-paced startup or scale-up environments.
  • Results driven: Relentlessly focused on outcomes—holding the team accountable to strong ROAS and tangible revenue contribution.
  • Audience knowledge: Strong understanding of how to effectively reach diverse advertiser audiences—from local business owners to CMOs at powerhouse brands.
  • Gen Z & student market insight (Bonus): Familiarity with Gen Z trends, student behaviour, and opportunities in this market is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical & communication Skills: Data-driven mindset, excellent communicator, and capable project manager - comfortable analysing performance, reporting on progress, and leading cross-functional initiatives.
  • Collaborative approach: Works well across teams and disciplines, ensuring brand and growth efforts complement each other.
