Job summary
Raytheon UK is seeking an Associate Director, Business Development to lead the growth agenda across Space & ISR, Training Transformation and Cyber & Intelligence. Qualifications
- Significant business development, capture management or growth leadership experience within a complex organisation.
- Proven track record of developing, maturing and converting strategic opportunities into contract awards.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams across programme management, finance, commercial, technical and operations functions.
- Demonstrable success developing and executing growth strategies that deliver profitable growth.
- Strong leadership, mentoring and people development experience.
- Excellent stakeholder management with senior customers, partners and industry.
Responsibilities
- Drive the delivery of Raytheon UK Services' growth strategy across Space & ISR, Training Transformation and Cyber & Intelligence.
- Identify, shape and secure strategic opportunities with a high-quality, profitable pipeline.
- Lead a team of business development professionals and guide investment, capture decisions and winning strategies.
- Influence senior stakeholders and drive decision-making to maximise contract awards.
- Align BD activity with organisational strategy and long-term growth objectives.
