Job summary

Raytheon UK is seeking a Director of Human Resources to partner with in‑country leadership and embed an enterprise‑wide people strategy. The role reports to the Vice President of HR and sits on the senior leadership team, steering leadership excellence and an inclusive culture within a regulated defence context.
