Job summary
Raytheon UK is seeking an Associate Director, Business Development to drive growth strategy across Space & ISR, Training Transformation, and Cyber & Intelligence. You will identify, shape and secure strategic opportunities, leading a team of BD professionals and influencing investment decisions to deliver sustainable, profitable growth.
You will collaborate with stakeholders across programme management, finance, commercial, technical and operations to prioritise pipeline, develop winning capture
Qualifications
- Significant Business Development, Capture Management or Growth Leadership experience within a complex organisation.
- Proven track record of developing, maturing and converting strategic opportunities into contract awards.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams with stakeholders from programme management, finance, commercial, technical and operational functions.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with mentoring and coaching abilities.
Responsibilities
- Identify, shape and secure strategic opportunities to build a strong, profitable pipeline.
- Lead a team of business development professionals and influence investment and capture decisions.
- Develop winning strategies to maximise contract awards and long-term customer value.
