Job summary

Raytheon UK is seeking a Director of Human Resources to partner with UK leadership and embed enterprise-wide people strategy in a complex defence environment. This onsite role is based in Harlow or Glenrothes and reports to the Vice President of HR, Strategy & International.

You will lead Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Leadership Development, Organisational Design and Organisational Effectiveness, shaping culture, capability, and workforce planning across the UK business.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated business acumen with ability to translate strategy into people plans.
• Strong capability in interpreting data to inform decision-making and influence stakeholders.
• Proven expertise designing enterprise-level talent strategies including leadership development and succession planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead talent strategy across Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Leadership Development, Organisational Design and Organisational Effectiveness.
• Partner with Centres of Expertise and cross-functional leaders to embed a high-performing, inclusive culture.
• Provide trusted guidance to senior executives on people initiatives and UK defence landscape requirements.
