Raytheon UK is seeking a Director of Human Resources to partner with UK leadership, shaping the enterprise-wide people strategy and driving leadership excellence in a highly regulated defence environment.

You will lead across talent, succession, organisational design, and COE collaboration within a global matrix, ensuring regulatory compliance, security, and readiness, with hybrid/onsite flexibility in Harlow or Glenrothes.

Qualificações

• Strong capability in interpreting and analysing data to inform decision‑making and influence senior stakeholders.
• Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise‑level talent strategies, including high‑potential development, succession planning, assessment approaches, career pathways, and strategic talent mobility.
• Comprehensive understanding of UK employment legislation and HR best practice within regulated environments.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with UK leadership to shape and embed enterprise‑wide people strategy.
• Lead across Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Leadership Development, Organisational Design and Organisational Effectiveness in a complex matrix.
• Provide strategic guidance to senior executives ensuring HR initiatives support the business and UK defence landscape.
