Job summary

WSP is seeking a growth-focused professional to lead client-facing activities and develop the Roads sector within our UK & Ireland business. The role involves building strong client relationships and delivering innovative, multi-disciplinary projects across London, Basingstoke, or Cambridge offices.

You will work in a hybrid setup, driving business development, managing major accounts, and guiding teams to deliver high-quality outcomes while aligning with regional growth objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in a growth focussed role.
• Experience of working for a consultancy business across a specific sector.
• Experience of operating at management level in delivering services into the public and private sector.

Responsibilities

• Champion health, safety, and wellbeing by leading by example.
• Build strong client relationships and enhance WSP’s external presence.
• Lead on business development to create sustainable opportunities for WSP.
• Develop a pipeline of sector opportunities.
• Coordinate with leaders to align bids and resources for multidisciplinary work.
• Deliver revenue targets for the region within the sector.
• Lead key client accounts and manage relationships as required.
• Participate in tender bids and new business opportunities.
