Job summary

WSP in the UK & Ireland seeks an ambitious, relationship-led professional to own key client accounts within a defined UK region. The role blends client leadership, growth and hands-on delivery across water-sector projects.

You will build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, drive opportunities, and support framework managers while remaining connected to delivery through selected billable assignments.

Qualifications

• Strong relationship-building skills across senior client stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Commercial awareness with pipeline management and bid/profitability understanding.
• Delivery background in programme/project controls, advisory or technical delivery.

Responsibilities

• Act as Account Lead or Client Director for strategic water-sector accounts.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and regional decision-makers.
• Develop understanding of client priorities, investment drivers, procurement routes and opportunities.
• Maintain account plans, pipelines and action plans for priority clients.
• Provide regional oversight aligned with Water Sector strategy.
• Support framework managers to identify opportunities and coordinate WSP capabilities.
• Connect client insight with sector leadership, capture teams and delivery resources.
• Lead pre-positioning, client engagement, capture planning and bid activity.
