VML in London seeks a Growth Group Director, a senior, client-facing operator responsible for moving live opportunities forward, shaping work, and building credible narratives that win ES pursuits.

You will work with MDs, EDs, GCLs, client teams and ES capability leaders, balancing ambiguity with commercial judgment to drive acceleration across media, creative, CRM, data, AI and platforms in a hybrid environment.

Qualificações

• 10 to 12+ years of experience across strategic account management, growth, consulting, technology transformation, digital transformation, client services, business development, enterprise sales, media, creative, data, CRM, commerce or CX.
• Direct experience supporting or leading client conversations, opportunity qualification, discovery, proposal development, pitch preparation or pursuit acceleration.
• Experience navigating large organisations to identify funding and buying of transformation work.

Responsabilidades

• Identify ES growth signals across priority accounts and enterprise opportunities, bringing initiative and commercial instinct to the search.
• Develop opportunity briefs, stakeholder maps and pursuit narratives, producing client-ready materials for senior leaders.
• Shape discovery meetings, proposal direction and follow-up actions to keep pursuits moving at pace.
