Job summary

VML, part of the WPP family, seeks an executive Growth Network Director to convert market signals and client relationships into growth opportunities. You will lead across CRM, commerce, CX, data, AI and platforms, shaping opportunity narratives and mobilising cross‑functional teams.

You will operate at the highest levels, defining pursuit strategy from end to end, managing multi-market opportunities, and delivering measurable commercial impact for the network.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience across enterprise growth, transformation, technology or marketing leadership.
• Experience working with C-suite and senior enterprise stakeholders across marketing, technology, data, AI, commerce.
• Background in a consulting firm, systems integrator, technology business, digital transformation firm, large agency network or enterprise sales organisation.
• Proven ability to shape large pursuits, manage multi-market opportunities and drive partner-led growth.
• Strong revenue accountability and pipeline discipline; able to operate across complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Identify and progress high-value opportunities across existing WPP relationships and enterprise demand.
• Build trust with Global Client Leads and senior stakeholders, creating access and momentum over time.
• Translate ambiguous client problems into a clear Enterprise Solutions opportunity narrative and lead pursuit strategy.
• Know when to bring in specialists across commercial, technical, and delivery domains to win opportunities.
• Provide leadership readouts on priority opportunities and ensure stakeholders have an up-to-date view of the pipeline.
