VML is seeking a Growth Managing Director to own a defined Enterprise Growth domain and personally drive hunting, triaging, shaping and progressing live WPP Enterprise Solutions opportunities. You will turn client signals into qualified, moving opportunities with a senior commercial approach.

This active role sits at the intersection of strategy, client engagement and execution, requiring a high-agency, commercially mature leader who thrives in a global matrix and hybrid work settings.

Qualificações

• You have typically 12 to 15+ years of experience across enterprise growth, strategic account growth, consulting, technology transformation, digital transformation, agency leadership, enterprise sales or client leadership.
• You originate or shape opportunities with measurable revenue potential and can point to them specifically.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a defined area of Enterprise Growth and take personal accountability for everything that moves within it.
• Actively identify and pursue ES growth opportunities through WPP relationships, client signals and enterprise needs.
• Work with client leaders and internal teams to build trust and move opportunities forward.
• Assess opportunity fit, revenue potential, urgency, readiness and activation requirements with rigour and speed.
• Create problem statements, value hypotheses, stakeholder maps and pursuit recommendations for live opportunities.
• Lead discovery, workshops, executive conversations, pilots and pitch development where needed.
• Bring together ES capabilities across CRM, commerce, CX, data, AI and platforms to tailor responses.
• Maintain ownership of next actions and momentum until the opportunity is ready for pursuit or expansion.
• Identify repeatable themes and market signals to scale the growth motion.
