The role covers end-to-end supply chain activities including planning, stock, suppliers, logistics and order flow to ensure the right products are available when needed.

• Experience in supply chain or inventory management is essential.

• Strong communication across the business to coordinate with factories, warehouses and customers.

Responsibilities

• Plan, stock, suppliers, logistics and order flow to ensure timely availability.
• Provide accurate ETAs and keep stakeholders informed.
• Coordinate movement of goods from factory to warehouse to customer.
• Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
• Support health & safety compliance and cross-departmental duties as required.

Involve Recruitment (Midlands) Ltd are working with a innovated and forward thinking manufacturing company to recruit for a SUPPLY CHAIN COORDINATOR

• Salary - £28,000 to £35,000

• Monday to Friday (early Friday finish)

This will be a key role within the business to help them continue to drive change and growth:

Ideal person for this role is confident, detail-driven Supply Chain Coordinator to take ownership of the end-to-end supply chain activity. You'll be responsible for planning, stock, suppliers, logistics, and order flow - ensuring the right products and components are available at the right time, with clear communication across the business.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys problem-solving, improving processes, and keeping things moving when pressure is on.

Key Responsibilities:

• Part Code Control: Create and maintain part codes,
• Demand & Forecast Planning
• Supplier Manager: UK and overseas suppliers
• Coordinate and oversee the movement and handling of goods through the supply chain, from factory to warehouse to customer.
• Monitor and analyse inventory levels to prevent shortages, overstocking, or disruption to supply.
• Price List Maintenance
• Process orders for UK stock and direct-from-factory customer orders, providing accurate ETAs and keeping relevant stakeholders informed.
• Provide operational support to the Business Operations Manager, including process improvement projects, health & safety compliance, sales support and other cross-departmental operational duties as required

Previous experience in supply chain or inventory management is essential as well as the ability to be self motivated and take ownership
