Confidential is seeking an experienced Sales Order Processor/Sales Administrator/Sales Support to join a fast-paced growing team in the UK. The role offers a salary of £27,000 with a range of benefits and an immediate start option.

You will quote customers, check stock, advise on products, source ideas, handle emails and calls, update systems, and liaise with suppliers to gather pricing information. This is a key seat within the sales team with opportunities to grow.

Qualifications

• Strong IT and administrative skills.
• Confident telephone manner.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Previous experience in an office environment is essential.
• Excellent written, numerical and communication skills.
• Organised and able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Quoting customers and advising stock levels, providing product advice and sourcing ideas.
• Make outbound calls to existing customers and manage day-to-day emails.
• Update internal systems and liaise with suppliers for product/pricing information.
• Coordinate with internal/external contacts to resolve order issues.
• Analyse spreadsheets to monitor customer spend and identify cross-sell opportunities.
• Provide sales support as part of the Sales Team.
