Just Recruitment Group Ltd is partnering with an Ipswich-based business to recruit a Sales & Business Development Executive. You will support client relationships, account management and new business development, contributing to growth.

The role suits a customer-focused and commercially minded individual capable of managing quotations, CRM data and liaising with internal teams to ensure effective service delivery and retention.

Formación

• Experience handling customer enquiries from initial contact to resolution.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and contract handling.
• Ability to explain service information and compliance requirements clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Quotation Management: Prepare and issue accurate service quotations.
• CRM Management: Maintain up-to-date sales pipeline information.
• Client Onboarding: Serve as a key contact for new/existing customers.
• Customer Retention & Account Management: Conduct regular check-ins and reviews.
• Pricing & Customer Queries: Handle pricing enquiries and price increase discussions.
• Internal Liaison: Coordinate with Sales, Transport and Accounts teams.
• Account Development: Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts.
