Job summary

A-Team Recruitment in Ipswich is seeking a Business Development Executive to generate and pursue leads via calls, emails and meetings. You will maintain records in the CRM and support the Commercial team with outreach activities.

The role requires 1–2 years sales experience, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently. Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets is essential; Salesforce and WordPress knowledge are advantageous. A full driving licence is required for client meetings.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain and organise records of all leads, contacts, and prospective clients.
• Support the Business Development team by updating the CRM.
• Assist in creating sales information documents for prospective clients.
• Conduct sales research to build lead lists for outreach.
• Create and update an extensive database of potential clients.
• Support the Commercial team with ad hoc requests.
• Daily tasks may change due to immediate needs of the business.
