• Proven experience handling customer enquiries from initial contact to resolution.
• Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail and right-first-time approach.
• Confident and professional communication with customers.
• Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships and identify growth opportunities.
• Commercial awareness and proactive approach to service opportunities.

Responsabilidades

• Quotation Management: Prepare and issue accurate service quotations, ensuring customers receive timely and professional responses.
• CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline information, ensuring client details, contact records and contract terms are correctly recorded.
• Client Onboarding: Act as a key point of contact for new and existing customers, ensuring service agreements are completed, signed and filed appropriately.
• Customer Retention & Account Management: Conduct regular check-in calls and account reviews to monitor customer satisfaction, strengthen relationships and identify opportunities to introduce additional waste management services.
• Pricing & Customer Queries: Handle pricing enquiries, including price increase discussions, providing clear explanations and maintaining positive customer relationships.
• Internal Liaison: Work closely with the Sales, Transport and Accounts teams to ensure effective communication and seamless service delivery.
• Account Development: Review existing customer accounts to identify opportunities for growth, improve service levels and maximise customer retention.
